Meet Janice, Your Certified Coach
With a career spanning more than 30 years, Janice’s journey reflects both depth and breadth of experience—beginning as a public school teacher, evolving into corporate human resources and leadership development, and later serving as a manager with a Fortune 500 company. During that time, she earned her master’s degree and led director-level learning programs in partnership with top business schools.
Answering a call from God, Janice completed seminary and was ordained in 2011, serving first as a Mission Developer and Pastor for a new congregation in Kansas, and later as Pastor in the St. Louis area. Alongside her ministry, she became an ACC Certified Coach and Mentor Coach through the International Coaching Federation, blending faith, leadership, and personal growth in her work.
After retiring from congregational ministry in 2024, Janice and her husband, Dennis, returned to Kansas, where she continues to serve through:

As a coach, Janice develops meaningful relationships and listens deeply to connect with each client’s values, dreams, and hopes. For over a decade, she has helped individuals and teams move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose—often faster than they imagined possible.
While she is a Lutheran (ELCA) Pastor, Janice welcomes clients of all Christian traditions and world religions. Her coaching is faith-centered but inclusive, focused on helping every person discover direction and wholeness in their journey.
